career with us...
If you enjoy working within a small team environment and have a passion for hearing rehabilitation, you should consider joining our team. We believe in providing the highest quality of hearing care to our community.
Why work with us?
We've noticed a recent emphasis in our industry to place unneccesary pressure on Audiologists to "sell" hearing aids. Our company does not believe that Audiologists should act as "Hearing Aid Salespersons" and as such we do not pay our Audiologists commission. What we employ is a form of generous profit sharing which promotes and ensure the growth of our business through honest and caring team effort rather than emphase the need for pressuring individual patients to purchase expensive hearing aids that may not be suited to their needs. What this means is that you, as a Clinician, is free from having to push patients to make a purchase and concentrate on providing the best clinical care you can without fear of a phonecall from management about your sales figures for the month! This means that we are able to promote a culture which emphase on honest, realistic advice to our patients without bias.
Being an extremely small team in a business which depends mainly on Patient referrals, we are open to contributions from our Audiologists in the areas of clinical practise and service delivery. This means you can really contribute your ideas and expertise and know that it will make a difference.
