Our customer care team bring with them a wealth of experience in customer service from both the healthcare and community sectors.  They can advice you on the best way of accessing our hearing services in your particular situation and local area; and can provide further supporting advice on the best care and maintenance for your hearing aids.  

Our organization strives to provide a singular hassle free service so that no matter who you have spoken to, the rest of our team will always be able to answer any further enquiries you may have.

Existing patients can drop in for a Complimentary Clean and Check on their hearing aids whilst they are in town.  Our customer care team are fully trained to provide minor servicing to your hearing aids.

Lisa - Administrative Manager  (Hobart Clinic)

Lisa is responsible for looking after our Customer Care Team across our clinic locations ensuring that things are running smoothly from day to day.

Lisa brings to AudioClinic Tasmania vast experience in the healthcare industry.  She is a strong believer in providing quality service consistently.  

You will be sure to find her friendly manner and efficiency a joy to deal with!

Alyssia - Customer Care Consultant (Hobart Clinic)

Alyssia is responsible for looking after our Southern Tasmanian clinics and she provides additional phone support to our Northwest patients.

Alyssia has extensive customer service experience having worked in and around Hobart for the past few years.

Her warm and caring manner ensures that our patients are well looked after at all times!

Maya - Customer Care Consultant/Audiometric Assistant (Launceston Clinic)

Maya is responsible for the day to day running of our Launceston Clinic. 

Maya has exceptional administrative experience and always strives to go that extra mile in assisting our patients. 

She brings a real sense of fun to our Launceston clinic making it an enjoyable visit for our Launie patients!
