our story and philosophy...

Nick and Heidi moved to Tasmania in May 2007 to take over management of AudioClinic Tasmania. They have now settled into their home in Kingston and are enjoying the Tasmanian way of life.
They believe strongly, despite the stigma, that hearing aids can make a difference to a person's quality of life with less hassle that is commonly perceived. How well a person suceeds with hearing aids within their rehabilitation program is dependent on education & knowledge. This is the reason that all patients get a full picture of what to expect from the hearing aid technology that they have chosen. At your appointments, both the benefits and limitations are outlined to you clearly and honestly so there are no hidden surprises. Remember that hearing aid is NOT a CURE for hearing loss!
Being a husband and wife team, clients get an extremely personalised service where aftercare is emphasized. To us, your decision to purchase a hearing aid is only the beginning of the journey down the road of a lifetime of hearing rehabilitation. Our team has a clear understanding of our philosophy and our clinic is geared toward providing complete care beyond just a hearing aid purchase. Our patients mainly come to us through patient referrals which is something that our team is extremely proud of.
